Probably you’ve already noticed the strong power of emotions over your life in a general perspective. The way you conduct your reaction upon any daily event is totally connected to the the feelings you will grow inside you. Perhaps it sounds a bit fanciful but the fact is that human beings have the capacity of transforming their reactions and developing a new modus operandi faced stressful situations. And also it is possible to learn how not to keep negative feelings. The point is to train how to deal with the hardship or the bad moments without destroying your mental health and consecutively your physical body. Bad emotions like anger have the power to arise anxiety and anguish, what can conduct you to the underworld of permanent sadness and depression. Always remember that you have power over your mind, not outside events. This is called emotional intelligence.
